With a diverse and accomplished career spanning various sectors within sales, account management, and customer experience, Adalyia brings a wealth of expertise to the world of apartment management. She started her multi-family career over ten years ago as a Leasing Professional and most recently worked in the fintech/proptech startup space for two unicorns where Adalyia excelled in devising and executing revenue-generating strategies while delivering exceptional client service and honed in her enterprise sales skills.
Adalyia has a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, pioneering market growth, and fostering strong client relationships. She is also actively involved in industry organizations such as the Apartment Association of Greater Memphis and the National Apartment Association, where she contributes to initiatives aimed at advancing the field of multi-family property management.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Adalyia is deeply committed to social impact and community engagement. She founded the 29:11 Project, a nonprofit dedicated to providing hope and support to children emerging from homelessness through innovative bedroom designs. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from The University of Memphis focusing on Organizational Leadership.
With a skill set encompassing sales and market development, team leadership, and digital advertising, Adalyia is poised to inspire and empower property management professionals to achieve their goals and make a positive impact within their communities.
